Saturdays competition will be one session, starting with weigh in at 8am to 9am, introduction of lifters at 10.00am and lifting to commence at 1010am. NBWA is currently 8th in the Physique Science Qld Club Challenge, an improvement from our 10th result in 2018. Top 5 would be a great result achieved by more members lifting. Top 3 clubs receive cash prizes of 1st $500 2nd $250 3rd $125.
